Selecting Mesh By Size, Pattern, And Material
Mesh selection starts with the opening and wire size. A woven pattern has a different appearance and construction from welded wire; expanded metal is made from slit and stretched sheet. We supply standard sheets and review custom selections for architectural panels, screens, partitions, and other fabricated work.
Send the opening size, wire diameter or gauge, material, sheet dimensions, and quantity. A specification or sample is helpful when matching existing mesh. We will check availability and any cutting, framing, or finishing needed for the job.

Tell us whether you need full sheets, pieces cut to size, or finished framed panels. We stock standard sheet sizes and review custom selections; availability and lead time depend on the material and pattern.
Opening size and wire diameter are separate measurements. Include both when ordering or matching mesh, together with the overall sheet or panel dimensions.

Order Mesh Alone Or As A Framed Panel
Tell us whether you need full sheets, pieces cut to size, or finished framed panels. Include the overall dimensions, selected mesh, material, and quantity, along with any framing or finish requirements.
For a fabricated panel, send a drawing or specification showing the frame and intended use. We will review the requested cutting, framing, and finishing with the selected material and pattern.
Finishes
Choose your paint color or compare the coating options for your project.
Painted Enamel
Electrostatically applied, air-dried enamel. Battleship Gray and Jet Black are our standard painted colors; include your preferred color with your quote request.
Need a specific paint color? Send the color reference or project specification with your plans.
Additional Finish Options
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
A zinc coating for compatible carbon-steel construction. Review this option for outdoor, damp, or other exposure conditions called out in the project specification.
Galvanizing + Powder Coating
Hot-dip galvanized steel with a powder-coated color finish. Specify both coatings so we can review the preparation, color, and complete finish system.
Color samples are illustrative. Confirm the final color and finish with an approved sample. Coating suitability depends on the selected material and construction; ask us about stainless steel, aluminum, or mill-galvanized and unpainted mesh.
